Jut today, Billboard released a PR about the nine (9) new Indie Artists who signed to date through the Billboard Underground Showcase Performances. This is to give new opportunity to unsigned artists to perform and be exposed in front of many important people in the industry such as tastemakers, influential press and especially to big recording companies. Billboard will produce 40++ shows that will start in September of this year. This rare chance would give Indie Artists a great new way to share their music and finally to be signed artists of world renowned labels. The performance will be held in a quarterly basis.
