After almost four years of Maurice’s death, Robin Gibb’s twin brother, the Bee Gees will receive its lifetime achievement award from BMI. The award will be given on the 55th Annual Pop Music Awards of BMI on May 15 of this year at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel.

According to a BMI spokesman, it is not yet clear if Barry and Robin Gibb will be performing together in the said event. That would be a much awaited event for the Bee Gees’ fans.
